| Abstract: | The experimental results of combustion of aluminum nanopowder (ANP) in air and AlN crystals formation process were studied. The air pressure during the combustion process significantly affected the crystals growth mechanism. Crystals with the different morphology (whiskers, hexagonal crystals, rods) were found in the condensed combustion products. |
