| Abstract: | The definition of optimization-factor namely called optimal coupling coefficient is given for the first time among factors effecting the performance of the optical encoder/decoder, and the optimization-factor equation is deduced considering the practical applications. Lastly, its correctness is verified through theory and experiment. |
