微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定七叶一枝花中的微量元素

摘    要:样品经微波消解,采用火焰原子吸收法测定中草药七叶一枝花中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Ca的含量。该方法快速、简便、准确,回收率为99.6%—104.2%,RSD为0.41%—1.02%。七叶一枝花中Ca、Fe含量高,Cu含量极低。

Abstract:Paris polyphylla var.chinensis sample was digested with microwave digestion system, and the amounts of trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The recovery is 99.6%—104.2%with the RSD of 0.41%—1.02%.The contents of Ca,Fe in Paris polyphylla var.chinensis are high,but the content of Cu is extremely low.
