| 摘 要： | 对方瓶三面贴标机构进行设计并对其进行仿真研究.提出了方瓶贴标机的贴标原理,并对方瓶在贴标过程中进行了运动轨迹的仿真研究,确定了其运动轨迹.通过对比分析确定了最佳的方瓶三面贴标机构的设计方案.并利用机械动力学仿真软件对贴标机构进行了仿真,做出了机构的相关参数曲线.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses on design and simulation of three sides labeling mechanism of rectangular bottle.The label principle of labeling machine for rectangular bottle is proposed.Simulation of the movement track of rectangular bottle in the labeling process according to the label principle for rectangular bottle,and makes its track.The design plan of three sides labeling mechanism for rectangular bottle is proposed,according to the movement track of rectangular.The optimum plan is determined according to analysis and comparison of proposed plans.The research of computer simulation on the process of really labeling is carried on using the mechanical kinetics simulation software,and the related parameter curves of the mechanism is made. |
