摘    要:研究了双轴晶体的非共线相位匹配参量放大的升频转换效应.计算表明p,r,s三波位于同一子午平面上时是好的非共线匹配.选择适当的入射角α,所有光线的离散效应能够获得补偿,晶体的有效长度增加和能量转换效率能较大地提高.

Abstract:In this paper the investigation of noncollinear phase-matching parametric upconversion effect for biaxial crystal KTP is reported.The calculation shows that it is a well kind of matching that three p,r,s wavevectors lie in same meridian plane for noncollinear matching.If the proper incident angle α is selected,the deviations between all rays with walk-off effect can obtain compensation.The effective length of crystal is increased and energy conversion efficiency is greatly enhanced.
