| Abstract: | In an earlier paper we pointed out that estimates of the gluon condensate obtained by applying in the standard way the SVZ sum rules to heavy vector quarkonia are unreliable. Here, in answer to a recent criticism by Reinders, we generalize our result and explain its implications and limitations. |
