| Abstract: | The chlorophyll a cr b extracted from the leaves of spinach in aeetone exhibited a strongly adsorptive cyclic voltammogram in 0.1mcl/L NaClO_4 solution. The possibility of electrochemical reduction of vinyl group and pcrphin ring in chlorophyli molecules was discussed. A methed for the determination of chlorophyll has been proposed by using derivative wave of single-sweep voltammetry. |
