摘    要:有关钙钛矿(ABO3)型复合氧化物的制备、晶体结构、磁性、电导率、表面性能及催化活性的研究已有许多报道,但对其兴催化性的研究迄今报道很少,本文采用不同的B(Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co)位及A(Ca,Cd,Pb)位离子,以不同方法合成了ABO3型复合氧化物,研究了其对有机染料的脱色率,发现其光催化活性的变化趋势与A和B原子的Allrd-Rochow电负性有着密切的定量关系。

Abstract:The perovskite(ABO3) type oxides have a photocatalytic activity that can be characterized with decolorization of some organic dyes under irradiation of mercury lamp. The experimental results show that the photocatalytic activity of ABO3 increases with increasing atomic number of atom B(Ti—Co) when A-site atom keeps constant. It is connected with the rise of Allred-Rochow electronegativity of atom B, the decrease of ABO3 energy gap(energy defference between the filled p bands of O2- and the unoccupied 3d band of neighboring atom B) and the increase of the third atomic ionizaton potentials of atom B. It has been also proved that the photocatalytic activity of ABO3 compounds increases with increasing χAR of atom A(Ca, Cd, Pb).
