玻璃毛细管电泳芯片安培法对敌百虫的检测

摘    要:采用三电极体系的芯片毛细管电泳安培柱端检测器检测具有还原性的联苯胺,由于敌百虫能够催化过硼酸钠氧化联苯胺的反应,且反应后联苯胺浓度的减少量与敌百虫的加入浓度有线性关系,据此建立了间接检测敌百虫的芯片毛细管电泳法。考察了联苯胺的浓度、缓冲液的pH值、进样时间、分离电压、检测电位等对分离效率和检测信号的影响。在优化实验条件下,敌百虫的线性范围为20~400μg/L,相关系数为0.991 3,检出限为10μg/L。应用该法测定大白菜样品中敌百虫的残留量,结果满意。

Abstract:A novel method was used to detect reduction benzidine by microchip capillary electrophoresis with an end-column amperometric detector at the three-electrodes system.According to the fact that trichlorfon has the capacity to catalyze the oxidation of benzidine in the presence of sodium perborate,a linear relationship between the concentration of trichlorfon and the decreasing concentration of benzidine was obtained.Based on this,a method for the indirect determination of trichlorfon was developed.The effect ...
