| 摘 要： | 分析了所有者与经理人建设信任的流程,定义了双方的信任变量,建立了信任评价和信任投入决策模型,解释了双方的信任投入、信任评价、信任期望效用三者之间的关系。指出所有者与经理人信任投入的依据是双方的信任评价函数和各自的信任期望效用,各自的信任行为决策是独立的,信任建设是互动的,是周期性循环渐进的。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses trust circulation between the two very important sides of the company: the owners and their managers. We define the trust variables of both sides, set up trust appraise and invest decision model, and explain relations of trust invest, trust appraise and trust expected utility. The article points out that the basis of trust invest is trust appraises function and trust expected utility of both sides;each side's decision on trust behavior is independent;their trust construction is inter-dynamic and the periodic return is progressive. |
