摘    要:在含有相等氮量的不同表式氮源的培养中培养紫球藻(Porphyridium purpareum),观察5种不同表式氮源对紫球藻生长的影响,结果表明,硝酸盐促进紫球藻的生长,铵盐则不利于其生长,脲介于这二者之间。

Abstract:Porphyridium purpareum was inoculated in five different nitrogen resources which contained same quantity of nitrogen. The effects of five different nitrogen resources on Porphyridium purpareum growth were observed. The results indicated that : nitrate can improve Porphyridium purpareum cell's growth; ammonium salt was disadvantage to its growth and the effects of urea on Porphyridium purpareum growth were between that of nitrate and ammonium.
