| Abstract: | The impact of microwave radiation and heat treatment on the structure, morphology, and physical and mechanical properties of diamond-like coatings is studied; recrystallization of the coating structure is revealed. It is ascertained that microwave irradiation of diamond-like coatings changes their physical and mechanical properties. |
