摘    要:在二乙二醇单丁醚(DGBE)/磷酸盐缓冲液体系中,以二茂铁(Fc—H)为底物,用分光光度法测定湖北毛坝漆树漆酶的活性无副产物干扰.该方法简便、准确、易行.考察了漆树漆酶对29个单取代二茂铁衍生物(Fc—R)和左旋多巴的催化氧化反应,发现了漆酶14个新的底物,并讨论了它们的构效关系

Abstract:The determination of activity of Rhus vernicifera laccase from Hubei Maoba have not interference of by product using ferrocene as substrate in the system of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether (DGBE)/phosphate butter by spectrophotometric method.The method is a simple,convenient,accurate and easy.It was investigated that Rhus vernicifera laccase catalyzed oxidation of 29 monosubstitute ferrocene derivatives and left dopa.New 14 substrates of laccase were found,and the relationship of theirs structure and function is discussed.
