TiO2纳米薄膜微观结构及光学性能研究

摘    要:用sol-gel法制备了纳米TiO2薄膜,用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了薄膜的表面形貌,测量了薄膜的表面粗糙度(RMS)为2.832 nm;用红外光谱(IR)研究了TiO2薄膜前驱体溶胶的组成; 探讨了TiO2薄膜的焙烧温度、层数等制备条件对TiO2光催化活性的影响,结果发现在490℃,8层膜的TiO2活性最高.

Study on the Microstructure and the Optical Capability of the Nano-TiO2 Film

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 films were prepared by Sol-gel progress. The AFM morphology of the nano-TiO2 film was given. The RMS of the film was 2.832 nm. The composition of the TiO2 sol was given by IR. Effect of different calcination temperatures and different coats of the film on the photocatalytic activity was investigated .It was found that the TiO2 films with 8 coats calcined in 490℃ had the highest photocatalytic activity.
