传统文化视野下的生命价值观及其现代建构

中国传统文化最具代表性的是儒、道、佛三家。儒家文化是入世的,主张通过道德完善,完成理想抱负来实现生命价值。道家文化是避世的,主张＂无为＂之为,＂无用＂之用,生命之价值就是＂道＂和＂自然＂的价值。佛家文化从出世中寻求入世的价值,认为生命的价值体现于它轮回的整个过程之中。这是对儒道生命价值学说的交融和超越。五四运动的文化洗礼造成了传统生命价值观的深刻变化。后现代化时代构建的生命价值观必须坚持四个方面的方法论指导。

Life Values and Its Modern Construction from the Perspective of Traditional Cultures

The most typical representatives of Chinese traditional cultures are Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism.Buddhism,zealously and actively society-oriented,advocates the realization of life values through the moral enhancement,while Taoism,passively dodging from the chores of the world,contends for accomplishment and utility through inaction and futility and claims that the values of ＂Tao＂ and ＂nature＂ represent those of the life.As for Buddhism,seeking the values of society immersion through dodge of the society,it cries for the realization of life values through transmigration,which mingles with and transcends the life-value doctrine of Buddhism.The culture renovation in the May Fourth Movement generated profound changes in the traditional life-value assertions.Four methodological notions need to be adhered to in the post-modern construction of life values.
