A New Development of a Single Mode Laser Interferometer |

Abstract: | A new technique of intensity feedback for thermal cavity length control in single mode laser frequency stabilization has been introduced. Also an unique optical configuration and a very simple electronic circuitry design for λ/8 optical subdividing are described in detail. Due to the low cost, high accuracy, wide working temperature range, compact and simple structure characteristics, the laser interferometer will be satisfactory for the fields of machine tool manufactures, automobile assembly and shipbuilding, etc. |
