摘    要:利用UPLC-MS和RP-HPLC方法分析了葡萄籽原花青素对照品组份。对照品使用色谱柱Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(含0.05%三氟乙酸)作为流动相,梯度洗脱分离后得到8种组份。依据ESI-MS选择性,使用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用(UPLC-ESI-MS)区分各化合物组份,鉴定得到3种单体,3种二聚体,1种三聚体,1种二聚体单酯。为研究啤酒酿造用原料酒花中的原花青素提供了对照基础。

Abstract:Components of proanthocyanidin reference substance from grape seed extracts were analysed column by UPLC-MS and RP-HPLC.Target compounds were separated by a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5 μm) under a gradient elution system of methanol-water(including 0.05% TFA).A UPLC-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometric(HPLC-ESI-MS) method was used to differentiate these compounds according to the selectivity of the ESI-MS.Then three monomers,three dimers,one trimer and one dimer-monoester were detected.This article provides the basis for the research of hop proanthocyanidin.
