Abstract: | Semiconductor–semiconductor and molecule (molecular ion)–semiconductor products are formed upon the implantation of Ag+, Cu+, and Cu2+ ions in the CdS surface. Possible mechanisms were examined for their photocatalytic action in the reduction of methylene blue. |
