摘    要:研究了各种负载型杂多酸及其盐类对苯气相硝化的催化活性 ;探讨了载体、杂多酸类型、杂多酸负载量、反应温度、苯 /硝酸的摩尔比对硝化率的影响 .并用 ESR技术对催化剂进行了表征 .结果表明 ,二氧化硅负载杂多酸 (HPA)对苯气相硝化具有很好的催化活性 .对于 2 0 % H3PW1 2 O40 /Si O2 催化剂 ,苯 /硝酸的摩尔比为 2 ,反应温度为 15 5~ 16 0℃ ,空速 (SV)为 6 82 m L/(g cat.· h) ,硝基苯产率可达 90 .6 % ,硝基苯的时空收率 (STY)为0 .70 kg/(kg cat.· h) .

Vapor Phase Nitration of Benzene to Nitrobenzene over Heteropoly Acid and their Salts

Abstract:Catalytic activities of various supported heteropoly acids and their salts in vapor phase nitration of benzene to nitrobenzene were studied. The effects of support, different types of heteropoly acid, reaction temperature, loading amount and benzene/HNO3 molar ratio on the catalytic activity were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by ESR technique. It was found that supported heteropoly acid catalysts are excellent catalysts for vapor phase nitration of benzene, and the optimum reaction conditions are benzene/HNO3 molar ratio 2∶1, reaction temperature 155~160 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of nitrobenzene based on HNO3 is 90.6%, and the space time yield of nitrobenzene is 0.70 kg/(kg cat.*h) over 20%H3PW12O40/SiO2.
