| 摘 要： | 由于不同测试系统上测试资源的差异，即便是对同一个被测器件的测试程序也不相同。将测试程序从一种测试系统移植到另一个系统上，可以避免测试重复开发，缩短产品开发周期，提高测试效率和灵活性。J750是目前国内装机量较大的进口测试系统，BC3192是国产的新型测试系统，本文介绍了一种测试程序从J750到BC3192转换的方法，用IC卡测试程序做实验，证明该方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Because of the resources difference between different test systems , test programs even for a same Device Under Test（DUT） are different. Migration for test programs will avoid repeated development , shorten development cycle and improve the test efficiency and flexibility. J750 is an import test system which has a good occupancy in home market, BC3192 is a new type of homemade test system . This article introduced a method of converting test programs from J750 to BC3192. By IC card testing procedures , experiments proved that the method is feasible. |
