摘    要:建立含单纤维和基体的双圆柱复合材料细观力学模型,采用基体剪应力的Lame形式推导得到纤维轴向应力计算方程和纤维长度影响因子λ的表达式。依据纤维长度影响因子和混合定律得到了单向短纤维增强复合材料纵向弹性模量的计算公式,探讨纤维长径比和体积分数等细观结构参数对材料纵向弹性模量的影响。将计算公式得到的材料纵向弹性模量与Halpin-Tsai和Darlnigton方程得到的结果与实验值进行了对比。结果表明,计算公式预测值更接近于实验值。

Abstract:A two-cylinder micromechanical model consisting of single fiber and matrix for fiber-reinforced composites was established.The equations for calculating fiber axial stress and length influence factor of short fiber λ were derived by Lame expression of shear stress in the matrix.The formula for predicting longitudinal elastic modulus of the short-fiber-reinforced composite was obtained based on the length influence factor and the mixing rule.The effect of micro-structure parameters,such as fiber aspect ratio and volume fraction on the longitudinal elastic modulus of the composite was investigated.Furthermore,the predicted longitudinal elastic modulus of the composite were compared with the results calculated by Halpin-Tsai and Darlnigton equations experimental data.Result showed that the obtained foumula was better than exqerimental data.
