| Abstract: | The time-spatial distribution of the brightness of Ha line was measured in the HER mirror device. The results show that the distribution of brightness and its fluctuation in plasma exhibit a ring structure. A good hot electron ring can suppress the low frequency instability of plasma in the rigion where the disturbance ring exists. |
