| 摘 要： | 氧化应激是机体活性氧成分与抗氧化系统之间平衡失调而引起的一系列适应性的反应。氧化应激的增加与糖尿病及其并发症有着密切的关系。研究证实，许多相关的机制会导致糖尿病患者活性氧和形态氮产量增加，氧化应激增加，抗氧化保护减少。规律运动能预防和治疗包括糖尿病在内的一些慢性疾病，运动已被证实了可以调节抗氧化保护。

| Abstract: | Oxidative stress is an imbalance between the generation of reactive oxygen species and antioxidant de-fense capacity of the body. It is closely associated with di-abetes and diabetic complications. Accumulating evidence points to many interrelated mechanisms that increase pro-duction of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species or de-crease antioxidant protection in diabetic patients. Regular physical exercise is an important tool in the prevention and treatment of many chronic diseases including diabe-tes. Exercise training has been shown to up regulate an-tioxidant protection. |
