| 摘 要： | 城镇是一个复杂和综合的系统，它从多角度反映了该地区特定的历史和文化。经济的发展为城镇建设提供了有利条件，但也产生了负面影响。基于对传统城镇以及国内外城镇规划的分析和研究，提出环境设计的整体意识和建构良好城镇空间环境的理论观点。

| Abstract: | City and town are complex and comprehensive system,which reflect specific history and culture from various angles. Economic development provides the construction of city and town with favourable conditions,but it produces also negative influence. Based on analysis and study of traditional cities and towns and on the planning of city and town at home and abroad,the author puts forward global consciousness of environmental design and the theoretical viewpoint of constructing favourable space environment of city and town. |
