| 摘 要： | 介绍了金色长风居住小区的现状概况与区位分析，阐述了该规划设计的目标、立意、理念、总体规划布局，借鉴了‘‘居住单元细胞”的规划理念，合理安排了社区的各种功能，塑造了一个有机、和谐的空间形态，体现了当代社会对“住区环境’’动态前瞻性的追求。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author introduced overview of planning of golden Changfeng residential quarter. Then, the author expounded objects, conception, idea and general distribution of the planning, which drew on the planning idea of ＂residential unit cell＂, reasonably arranged various function of commnnity, described a organic and harmonious room pattern, and reflected the needs of present society to ＂residential environment＂. |
