摘    要:目的:建立蒙药清感九味丸的质量标准.方法:用高效液相色谱法对处方中草乌有效成分乌头碱进行定量分析,采用VP-0D6(150L×4.6)柱;流动相为甲醇一水-氯仿-三乙胺(70:30:1:0.2V/V);流速为0.5mL·min^-1;检测波长为240hm.结果:乌头碱进样量在0.60~3.Opg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997).平均加样回收率为99.28%(CV%=0.99%).结论:本试验方法既先进又简便,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂中乌头碱的含量测定方法.

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Mongolian medicine Qingganjiuwei pill. Methods: Determining the aconitine content in Acontum Kusnezoffii by HPLC on the chro- matographic column of VP- ODS (150L × 4.6 ) and with methanol - water- chloroform - tri- ethylamine(70:30:1:0.2 V/V)as a mobile phase and flow rate of 0.5mL-min^-1. The detective wavelength was 240nm. Results:Obvious linear relation was showed between the input mass of a- conitine ranging from 0.60-- 0.30μg and the peak area(r = 0. 999 7). The average rate of recovery for added sample was 99.28 % (CV% = 0.99 % ). Conclusion: This method is not only simple but also advanced and the detection result is reliable. So it can be taken as a determination method to determine the content of aconitine in this preparation.
