摘    要:研究了以负载杂多酸催化合成乙酸乙酯的反应,探讨了不同催化剂、原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等对酯化率的影响.研究发现,负载杂多酸催化剂对乙酸乙酯的合成具有催化活性高、选择性强、不腐蚀设备、不污染环境、可重复使用等特点.在SiW12/C催化剂用量为乙酸质量的6%时,回流3 h.酯化率可达94.4%.

Abstract:The reaction of heteropolyacid supported as catalytic materials for syntesis of ethyl acetate was studied, and the efferts of different concentration of catalyst, materials volume ratio, catalyst amount, reaction time and catalyst reuse cyles on yield of ethyl acetate were discussed. The catalyst had definite regeneration behavior and strong catalytic activity, strong selection, no corroding equipment, no polluting enviroment, reusing cyles and so on after reaction. Yield of ethyl acetate can reach 94.4% under proper conditions.
