Abstract:Tetraazaporpyrin (H2TAP) was synthesized and purified. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) of H_2TAP was measured using Perkin-Elmer PHI 5600 spectrometers. The H_2TAP showns two C1s peaks and three N1s peaks. C1s binding energies were 286. 28eV in eight carbon atoms bonding with hydrogen and 284. 76eV in other eight carbon atoms in H_2TAP. N1 s binding energies were 400. 27eV in two central nitrogens carrying hydrogen, N1s binding energies 398. 30eV assigned to other central nitrogens no carrying hydrogen, N1s binding energies of mesobridging aza nitrogens were 399.05eV.
