| 摘 要： | 通过对钢坯的不同区域进行化学分析和气体分析,找出了白点分布的规律性,并研究了热处理状态和应力状态对白点区形貌的影响,发现了一些新的现象,提出了自己的见解,对寻找避免氢脆的措施有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | From chemical and gas analyses of the different area of 60Si2Mn steel, some fegular pattern of white spot distribution is found and the effect of heat treatment and stress on morphology of white spot area studied and some phenomena found. A new conception of microscopic white spot area is put forward, providing the reference basis for searching the measures for advoidance of hydrogen brittleness. |
