| 摘 要： | 以乙二胺四乙酸二钠为络合剂，用络合商定法对市售的中药奶制剂的代表药物“钙中钙”进行了含量测定，对其前处理方法前首次使用，即通过对其灰化，调pH值等处理，以消除各种离子的干扰。相对标准偏差和变异系数的统计值表明该方法的高准确度和精密度，为中药制剂的例行分析和质量控制提供了参考。

| Abstract: | This paper takes Na2EDTA as a complex builder, and detemine the calcium content in Gai Zhongai, which is representine of chinese medicine being sold in market, by chelatome try using its first dealing method to dispel the interruption by kinds of ions by ashing it and adjusting pH valueet. It is proved high accurate and precisine through relative standard deviation and statistical number of dissociation vermin. Moreover, it also provides routine analysis and quality contial for chinese preparation. |
