Abstract:This paper describes an ultrasonic nebulizer used for ICP-AES which is inexpensive and can be operated conveniently. The detection limit for many elements using the ultrasonic nebulizer is much lower than that using the aerodynamic nebulizer. The ultrasonic nebulizer can be used for the samples that contain high salt quantities.
