摘    要:普通的硅光探测器,如硅光电池或硅光电二极管等仅能对可见光和近红外光响应。利用无色透明紫外荧光涂料或油墨能吸收紫外线而发出红色荧光的特点,把紫外荧光涂料涂在普通硅光电池的表面,向紫外光区拓展了其光谱响应范围。采用光声光谱技术测量了荧光硅电池的光谱响应特性,研制了荧光差分式紫外光探测器。

Abstract:Ordinary silicon photodetector,such as silicon-cell or silicon photodiode,can only make response to the visible light and the near-infrared.The use of colorless,transparent and ultraviolet fluorescent paint or ink can absorb ultraviolet light and emit visible light.The characteristics of the ordinary silicon-cell with the ultraviolet fluorescent ink painted on its surface are tested.The experiments show that it can response to ultraviolet light and has a wide spectral response district to UV light.With the ...
