| 摘 要： | 测量了 Nd2 O3纳米粉的拉曼谱 ,发现随着颗粒尺寸的减小 ,其拉曼谱峰发生红移 ,同时谱峰发生不对称变宽 ,并用量子尺寸效应对这种现象进行了解释

| Abstract: | Raman spectra of nanocrystalline Nd 2O 3 were measured.It is found that the Raman peaks shift red and broaden asymmetrically with the decrease of particle sizes.This phenomenon was elucidated by the quantum size effect. |
