防护密闭装置门扇结构分析

摘    要:门扇作为防护密闭装置的直接受力构件,影响着防护密闭装置的防护效果和使用。通过对大型钢结构门扇制作的分析,采用有限元分析方法并借助大型有限元分析软件AN SYS,分析门扇的应力分布并计算各点位移,进而对门扇梁架结构设计方案进行探讨,在得出合理的梁架结构设计方案后,通过改变梁架截面尺寸和面板厚度,了解其对门扇的最大弯曲应力和抗弯效果的影响,最终得出合理的门扇制作模型,在保证门扇结构强度的同时优化了门扇质量和尺寸,确保门扇结构的安全性和制造的经济,也为同类型的门扇设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:As protective obturator's component directly bearing forces,a valve's performance directly affects protection effect and use of a protective obturator.Based on the analysis of large steel valve's construction,distribution of stress in a valve was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS and displacement at different points in the valve was calculated.Solutions of valve's girder contracture design were discussed.On the basis of reasonable girder structure design solution,influence of girder section size and panel thickness change on valve's maximum bending stress and bending effect was studied.Finally the reasonable valve's model was found,which ensures valve's structure strength,optimizing valve's mass and dimension.The study makes valve's structure safe and economic construction.It provides theoretic basis for the same kind of valve design.
