摘    要:遥感应用需求是对地观测卫星载荷设计的出发点和落脚点,载荷的通用化、标准化、系列化是未来载荷发展的必然趋势。在对遥感应用需求分析的基础上,从应用部门关注的空间分辨率这一主要指标对遥感卫星载荷标准化进行了研究,提出了我国对地观测卫星载荷的空间分辨率设计标准,对促进遥感卫星载荷的大规模批量生产、节约设计成本具有重要意义。

Abstract:Remote sensing application requirements are the starting point for design of payload on board earth observation satellite. The generalization, standardization and serialization of payload are the future development trend for payload design. In the present paper, based on the analysis of remote sensing application requirements, the spatial resolution standardization of satellite remote sensing payload, which is the main concerned indicator, was investigated. The design standards of national payload spatial resolution of earth observation satellite are presented, which are important to the promotion of satellite payload production and saving in design cost.
