光学玻璃加工后的表面结构研究

摘    要:本文采用了散粒磨料(SiC)和固着磨料(金刚石丸片)加工了八种光学玻璃后,在电子显微镜下观察加工表面,发现玻璃表面层的裂纹有别于传统的网状结构,而是呈现出片状叠加状态。这一发现将有助于光学加工研磨机理的深入研究,正确测定破坏层的深度,合理确定光学玻璃冷加工中各工序间余量。

Abstract:Eight kinds of optical glasses were ground with loose abrasive, SiC, and fixed abrasive, diamond pellet. The machined surfaces were examined with an electromicroscope. It had been found that the surface cracks of grasses is distinguished from the network structure as know before, instead, it appears slice-shaped and overlapped. This discover will be benefit to study the mechanism of grinding of optical glasses, to measure the depth of damage layer correctly and to determine the process redundancy between each operation in the machining of optical glass.
