摘    要:以大孔强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂合成甲基丙烯酸莰醇酯。研究了催化剂种类、用量及反应温度诸因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明,D001-cc树脂催化效果较好;树脂用量增加、反应温度提高均可提高反应速度;该树脂可反复使用。还研究了反应动力学,确定其为二级反应,求得其表观活化能为13.81千卡/摩尔。

Abstract:Synthesis of isobornyl methacrylate by using macroporous sulfonic ion exchange resin as catalyst has been realized. The effects of catalyst, reaction temperature etc. have been investigated. The results indicate that the effect of D001-cc was better than that of D72 and D61; increasing the amount of catalyst or raising the reaction temperature could enhance the reaction velocity; the catalyst has been repeatedly used more than 26 times. The reaction kinetics has been investigated too. It was proved that the reaction is of second-order and its apparent activiation energy is 13.81 Cal. / mol.
