Abstract: | We introduce photon-added and photon-subtracted two-mode squeezed vacuum states and examine the quantum statistical properties of these states by analytic calculating. Because of the entanglement between the modes of the field in a two-mode squeezed state, photon adding (or subtracting) for one of the modes results in interesting outcome. |
