| 摘 要： | 本文运用故障树分析法对模拟电路进行分析，按照电路结构对其按树枝形逐级划分建立故障集；将模式识别理论中的隶属函数法以及近邻法推广到可以进行模拟电路的故障诊断．讨论了该方法的原理以及建立字典进行诊断的方法，并给出了仿真实例。

| Abstract: | Fault tree analysis for analyzing analog circuits structure is proposed in this paper, in which fault sets are established according to tree architecture. And a novel fault dictionary method is developed for diagnosis of analog circuits, on the basis of slave-function method and neighbor method in the pattern recognition principle. The method for establishing the dictionary and its principle are thoroughly discussed. Finally, a simulation example is given. |
