| Abstract: | This paper presents a moving target detecting and tracking method in moving background for the automatic-tracking equipment.It uses affine model to estimate the moving character of the background for detecting,and uses mean-shift algorithm for tracking.An automatic-tracking experimental system is realized by using this method. |
