| Abstract: | A review with 59 references is presented on the development of affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE), a new branch of capillary electrophoresis (CE ) emerging in recent years. Special attention is paid to its application to the determination of binding constant and chiral separation, and some future trends are also prospected. |
