| 摘 要： | 野生资源植物天瓜(又名猴瓜)属多年生滕本植物,至今尚未开发,经云南省农科院化验结果显示,天瓜含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、高级脂肪酸及某些活性因子。利用天瓜开发高级保健品、药品和美容产品具有广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim,the fruit of one kind of wild perennial liana,has not been developed by far.Yunnan Provincial Agricultural Academy's teste show that Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim contains rich protein,amino acid,higher fatty acid and some active materials.It has good prospects to use Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim to develop advanced health care products,drugs and cosmetics.. |
