基于图像模式识别的纸张纸病捡测系统

根据纸张质量分级方法,设计了一种基于图形模式识别的纸张纸病捡测系统。在介绍系统的测量原理和图形模式识别系统的组成及原理的基础上,分别对CCD获取图像、基色选取、图像二值化、一次滤波、图像分析、二次滤波进行了介绍,并简单的列举CCD器件的选取、系统的构成、软件的设计、系统的技术性能指标和影响测试精度的因素。

According to the hierarchical method of the paper quality,a kind of paper disease pick up measure system was designed,which based on picture pattern-recognition.On the foundation of introduced the form and elements,which about the testing elements system and picture pattern-recognition system,the CCD obtain picture,base color choose,picture two value turn,one strain wave,picture analyse,two strain wave were introduced,and CCD device select,system form,the design of software,systematic technical feature index and the factor that affects test precision were simple enumerated.
