| 摘 要： | 经济快速发展,需要高等职业院校加强应用性人才的培养。从高职文秘专业来看,建立以素质为中心、能力为基础的人才培养模式,对教学模式进行相应改革、加强实训环节不失为培养优质文秘人才的有力措施。

| Abstract: | Economic growth, requires that advanced occupational universities and colleges do well in Cultivating practical talented persons. Judging from the secretary special field of study,the effective measures to train high quality secretarial personnel are to build the personnel training pattern based on the quality and ability, to reform the teaching models and to reinforce the reality model link as well. |
