| Abstract: | The author introduce and study a new subclass of meromorphically p-valently functions with positive coefficients which are analytic in the open unit disk E,defined by Dziok-Srivastava operator,and some properties are investigated.She also applies the familiar concept of neiborhoods of analytic functions to the class of Meromorphically Multivalent Functions with Positive Coefficients. |
