| 摘 要： | 沙棘是中国古代藏医、蒙医常用药材，研究发现沙棘在抗肿瘤、防辐射、增强心血管系统功能等方面具有重要的作用。文章以新疆的沙棘果为受试样品，用高血糖模型小鼠研究沙棘果在诃节血糖和血脂方面的功能．选取27只健康小鼠并随机分为三组；对照组、沙棘果低剂量组（25g／kg／d）、沙棘果高剂量组（50g／kg／d）．将沙棘果粉与普通饲料混合，喂养12天后，测定其空腹血糖、血清胆固醇（Total cholesterol，TC）、甘油三酯（Triglyceride，TG）含量，并对所得效据进行统计学处理。结果表明；沙棘果对高血糖模型小鼠具有很好的降糖和降血脂作用，因此沙棘果对预防糖尿病及其并发症具有很重要的作用。
