摘    要:刃磨工艺参数对刃磨后的钻头几何参数值极为敏感,简化圆锥面钻头刃磨法虽然是直线刃圆锥面刃磨法的一特例,但对该刃磨法工艺参数数值模拟分析表明,只要工艺参数选取适当,可以满足我国刃磨标准钻头的要求,因此采用几何相拟设计思想,引入多目标优化及综合模糊评判方法,实现对简化圆锥面钻头刃磨法刃磨工艺方案的整体优化。

Abstract:Drill point geometry is extremely sensitive to the grinder settings. The simplified conical drill point grinding method is a special case of straight lipped conical grinding method, but numerical simulation analyses have shown that the standard drill point features can be approximately achieved when the grinder is properly set. Geometrical similarity design, multi objects optimization and fuzzy decision\|making strategies have been introduced in this paper, and the optimized grinder settings for a whole range of drills have been obtained and numerically verified.
