lncRNA在癌细胞生长和代谢中的作用研究进展

摘    要:从长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)与癌细胞生长和代谢的关系角度, 系统地分析和综述了lncRNA如何通过促进或抑制细胞周期进程调节癌细胞生长, lncRNA如何通过调节上皮间质转化影响癌细胞迁移, 以及lncRNA在肿瘤细胞糖类和脂类代谢中如何发挥其作用.

Abstract:Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are widely found in human cells and involve in vital life processes of gene expression, epigenetic regulation and X-chromosome inactivation. They are suggested to be closely related to tumorigenesis and growth suppression. The review focuses on the role of lncRNA in cancer cell growth and metabolism. A growing body of evidence suggests that lncRNA regulates cancer cell growth by promoting or inhibiting cell cycle. In addition, the review includes how lncRNA affects epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-mediated cell migration, and how lncRNA functions as a regulator in the glucose and lipid metabolism in tumor cells
