立式液压膨胀环实验技术研究

摘    要:设计一种立式液压膨胀环实验技术, 能解决现有的冲击膨胀环实验技术中试件存在二次碰撞变形的问题, 实现了碎片的软回收. 通过对装置结构的重新设计, 改变液体的驱动方向, 实现了试件动态断裂过程的可视化.

Abstract:Expanding ring experiment is an important method for dynamic fragmentation of solid materials under 1D tensile loading. A liquid-driving experimental technology was developed for conducting expanding ring tests. Using liquid-driven expanding ring device, 1060 aluminum ring was fragmented and the fragments were recovered. Impact deformation of free-flying fragments was avoided through the use of "sample soft-capture" technology. The fragmentation process is observable by modifying the driving direction of the fluid.
