摘    要:基于飞秒激光双光子技术在载玻片上制备了两个方向相互正交且相邻分布的光刻胶线栅阵列样品, 然后通过真空镀膜技术将该样品镀上一层50nm厚的银膜, 再将光刻胶清除制成二维的金属光栅. 提出了一种基于该二维金属光栅的探测激光二维方位角及波长的方法, 并用波长为632.8nm的氦氖激光器测试了所设计的激光报警系统. 实验结果表明: 其方位角的定位精度以及波长测量能适应很多领域的要求. 最后提出了一种可以直观地通过衍射图案来大致估算激光入射角的新方法, 并测试了该样品的衍射特性.

Abstract:Two orthogonal adjacent-distributed photoresist line arrays are prepared on a glass substrate based technology of two-photon polymerization (TPP). The two dimensional (2D) metal grating is fabricated by coating a 50nm-thick Ag film on the above-mentioned line arrays using a vacuum coating machine and subsequently with the photoresist removed. A measuring method is proposed to detect the 2D incident angle and the wavelength of the laser. And the corresponding prototype of laser warning system is designed and its detecting ability is tested. Under the irradiation of the He-Ne laser with a wavelength of 632.8nm, the results of the experiment show that the precision of recognizing the 2D incident angle and the wavelength can meet the requirement in many applied fields. A new method to estimate the incident angle of the laser visually through the diffraction pattern is also proposed in the end and a detail analysis about diffraction characteristic of the metal grating is conducted and presented.
